What I mean by strict political viewpoint:

Answer to yourself if you agree with the following axiom.

Our Rights must apply to all, or they will apply to no one.

Or to this concept.

Rights cannot be constrained by preconditions.

Because I believe that Rights by their very definition must apply to all men and women equally, I hold the following to be true. If you grant the poorest man in America the Right to live off the Government. (i.e. The taxpayers.) For such a Right to be applied equally, then the richest man in America must have the Right to live off the Government. (i.e. The taxpayers.) And I would have that Right, as well as you, and everybody under the sun. That is however a bit impractical so I will say that any social program that creates such conditional Rights are unconstitutional and therefore should not be allowed.

You may disagree, but I do have some high ranking politicians who agree with me in this. They are the men who created the various social programs in the first place. They knew they could not grant such a Right to the disadvantaged in our country without granting it to everybody. Not to worry however, the thesaurus is the bible for these politicians and where they could not grant it as a Right, they could create a new concept called Entitlements. And as a new concept define it as being conditional.

Whether a Right or Entitlements it’s all the same no matter what you call it. The thesaurus be damned. But whatever you name it, I cannot except it when it’s applied unequally.

To put it simply: no man should have the Right to live off another without his permission. And that one persons needs however great should never take priority over another persons Rights. Not in the United States of America anyway. Through the years, too many people have died in the defense of those Rights.
