| The interior of aircraft 501, the orange components are the instrumentation data system. Instrumentation stuff is traditionally painted orange, unless it isn't, in which case it's a different color. | ![]() |

Tom. another fine tech., he worked mostly with David on 501. The two made a formidable force on the puck table. He first tipped us about Walter and Tony. |
| Walter and Tony. Actually the same person, forty years in the future Tony tests a time machine of his own design, the test is only partially successful and he gets stuck in 1996. Needing cash for his machine, he gets a job working with his younger self. (Calls himself "Walter" to confuse us, but we know.) |

Charlie. (right, is one of the tech's super.) clowns around and inadvertently sticks his finger up David's nose, and seems to enjoy it. |

Ron. The primary technician on aircraft 504 for second shift. When I first got there I needed information about the aircraft that aren't in any books, so I asked Ron a lot of questions, and he brought me up to speed. He finally got tired of me asking questions, and poked me in the eye, just to let me know. We finally came to an agreement, he wouldn't poke me in my eye anymore, and I'd pay him ten dollar's a day. Seemed fair to me at the time. A fierce puck player. (Gives a rebel yell that will freeze your blood.) |

Me. (Ref " The Thing with Two Brains " on this site.) I acquired the name "Fire-ball", on the puck table. |

Buster. (a tech.) explains a highly technical point to Dom, (keeled over) and Bob our boss, (in background). The technical point as I recall involved a gentleman from Nantucket, or some such place. And something about his hearing problem, I think. |
